A label automatically seems to come with being an adult perfomer: i guess trashy, unstable, maybe not even having priorities anywhere right where they should be? Priorities are where one decides for oneself. And most social boundaries were established in ancient time where sex still was taboo.
We all get turned on, we all have or have had sex and enjoyed it. The idea that a porn performer is only about sex is a wrong assumption. Why would an actor able to make you laugh, or cry would be widely recognized as having a talent, and not me or my colleagues, when we actually make many jerk off in front of the screen? It is about bringing fantasy in one’s home, or spice into a couple’s sex life, for instance, and it takes more than loving sex.
In my case, every performance is natural. But i also push it harder for my viewers, i bring the intensity in with my partner and work it for the camera, taking on the fact many will be expecting the best from me.
If only a good body and a huge cock was enough to be a legendary performer, many would have succeeded and stayed, and there would be many many more performers around. But it is not the case. It takes talent, it takes to dare: Example is here Michael Lucas, who not only performed, still is performing, and now produces. It took him more than just looks to get where he is and teach me the ropes of the business as well as turning the shy guy i was into one that LOVE performing.
As a summary, It is a talent, not just a performance: I AM PROUD OF BEING PORN STAR.

I somehow was worried I was falling too deep into pop culture and following the mass, and I was indeed, skeptical.
Now I know there are a lot of people who first put her on a pedestal and now think it is cool to hate her.
But I have to say: I was totally impressed. This woman knows how to sing, to perform, entertain and put a show together.
I grew up (showing my age) with Madonna’ s rise. But Lady Gaga beyond the marketing skills has the voice, is an artist. She is going to go much much further than she is now if she is playing her card rights!
(PS: and she stands for charities which a lot of successful loaded performers currently do nothing for, hmmm???)

Thanks to supports of teams working with me and my fans, this year turns out to be, it seems, the best year I am having in the industry.
Coming back from a 2/3 years slumber (I guess I have been a bear in another life, I occasionally hibernate), I finding myself in a place when I feel more comfortible than ever on a set, and have been lucky enough to get the best co-stars.
Conquering my usual crowd-shyness I finally have also started to do couple of appearances with mr Scott Boardman at Cocktail with the Stars in LA at two occasions when I had a blast.
I took part in a fashion show in winter thanks to my friend John Bartlett, got to be a subject for Pierre and Gilles art, even at one stage offered a part in a tv show.. Life does become amazing after 30 indeed.
I intend to hit NYC full blast for my next planned shoot in October and schedule some apperances there as well. I really love and enjoy meeting all my fans, and wanna reach out to more, and also to show them the real me in the flesh, rather than just through a screen!
So watch out NYC, I will be with you soon!
I look forward to attend the GayVN award show for the first time and I congratulate everyone at Lucasentertainment for their nominations, especially Jonathan Agassi, you sexy fucker.
